Right of withdrawal.

The customer is entitled to dissolve the agreement if NTZ fails imputably in the fulfillment of its obligations, unless this failuredoes not justify the dissolution in view of its special nature or minor importance.

NTZ has the right to dissolve the agreement with the customer if the customer fails to fulfill his obligations under the agreement infull or on time, or if NTZ has become aware of circumstances that give NTZ good reason to fear that the customer will not be able to fulfill his obligations properly.

Exchange is only possible if the following conditions are met:

• Exchanges take place within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of the original invoice;
• The product has not been removed from the plastic packaging;
• The product is returned in the original packaging.

The 14 days commence at the moment the consumer receives the products. Products that have been used may not be returned.

If the customer wants to return the products, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
